Public Sector communications – Business Development Manager – Scotland 

This is one of the most impressive up and coming organisations in the public sector technology market. They have an excellent and dynamic approach to business; have a superb proposition and a customer base that have a real need for their solutions. Recently they have won a £50M order over 3 years which takes them up a bracket in terms of turnover. Since then they have been expanding rapidly including rolling out a regional manager program where the individuals in their area will manage everything from sales to account management and training. 

This role is to completely manage the Scottish area in conjunction with the Sales Director. You will be initially handed accounts that need managing and will contribute immediately to your turnover; you will then balance this with new business development. In the short term you will be developing the public sector market where the business has excellent reference sales. In the longer term you will be exploring new verticals for the solutions including commercial areas. 

With the company offering a very generous and uncapped commission structure this is also an opportunity for the right person to make a lot of money over the next few years. 

The requirements for this role are for you to have experience of: Communications sales, public sector sales, being a self starter and you will actually be living in Scotland.
