Account Manager

Vacancy Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join is a world leading manufacturer of surface wellhead technologies. The successful individual will be joining a truly global company focused on the retention, training and future progression of their staff.  

They currently have an opportunity for an account manager to be based out of their Aberdeen facility. The successful individual will be tasked with the key account management of a multinational Oil & Gas operator with a specific focus on their North Sea operations. As well as account management of the client you will also be tasked with up-selling other technologies from the company’s broad product portfolio. 

The ideal individual will be a degree qualified mechanical engineer who has previous offshore engineering experience, you will have already made the move into a sales related function and will be looking to progress your career with exposure to a multinational operator. Working knowledge of Xmas Trees and Surface Wellheads would also be a great advantage; consideration will be given however to individuals with related aftermarket OEM experience. 

You must be able to demonstrate a proven ability for sound decision making, attention to detail, strong customer relations and the ability to deliver strong business results. For the successful individual a clear career path to future management positions will be mapped out.
