International Business Development Manager

Core Consulting is offering an outstanding opportunity to proven International Business Development Manager 

We are currently representing a fantastic career opportunity with a growing organisation heavily involved within control and automation looking to further grow its business with a new innovative related software solution package to be sold into blue chip customers on the domestic and international markets. Our client has an excellent reputation within the industry and has already sold this new product into some of the world’s largest organisations. 

The role, reporting to the Managing Director, will require you to develop business amongst blue chip organisations specifically within the oil and gas, power generation, pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. Based from a UK home office the role will involve domestic and international travel; meeting senior contacts within these organisations and promoting this new software package that is used to control and protect electronic systems and assets. 

Requirements 

• A proven track record of sales and business development at a senior level to blue chip customers is essential.
• You will have a strong technical background in automation, control systems or software.
• You will have experience selling into the oil and gas industry primarily and the other markets described above are highly desirable.
• You will have experience at selling into international markets.
• You will be self motivated and driven to succeed in an autonomous business development role.
