They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager to manage a 50+ bedded home situated in beautiful surroundings.

The role:

• To ensure the well being of the service users by delivering outstanding care through effective business performance. Improving policies and procedures while managing the budget wisely.
• Managing a multi-skilled care team, you will be actively involved in the recruitment, training and development of staff in order to provide the best quality service.
• To ensure that all care and CSCI standards are met, striving to over-achieve.

The candidate: 

• The successful candidate will be ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent or must be willing to undertake this qualification with support.
• An excellent manager who is able to turn things around in a professional, confident manner, not afraid to make difficult decisions. Motivating staff to create a solid team.
• Previous managerial experience in a care home with at least a 2* CQC rating, preferably with a proven track record of improving standards.
