Head of Operations

Vacancy Description:

This inspiring company delivers specialist care to people with mental health problems and learning disabilities throughout the UK. They provide a range of Supported Living, Residential and Day Services which gives users the support and guidance to live their lives as independent as possible.  

The Role

• Reporting to the Managing Director you will have full responsibility for the companies services across the North dealing with a budget in excess of £15 million
• You will liaise with external agencies and trusts to further develop the brand in the region
• Managing a large dispersed team you will lead, develop and monitor performance in the region ensure the highest level of care is delivered to clients
• You will provide support to the Managing Director when needed

The Candidate

• We are looking for someone with ambition, flair and a genuine passion for the care industry
• With background that shows a proven track record in operational management, you will have developed budgets and staff across a vast geographical area
• You will be a true social care professional, with the ability to deliver a true person centred approach to care
• Ideally someone with an excellent knowledge of Supported Housing AND Residential Homes
