Clinical Director

Vacancy Description:

This established care provider offers residential and domiciliary care to elderly users with a focus on specialist dementia care. They have grown an excellent reputation with authorities in the region, and with the recent reorganisation of their senior management team, they are looking to recruit a clinical director to further enhance their clinical services.  

The Role 

• Reporting to the Operations Director you will have full responsibility for the companies clinical governance and nursing, developing a new care strategy to further enhance the companies reputation
• You will liaise with external agencies and trusts to understand and develop up to date care plans
• Working closely with the operational team you will ensure each service offers excellent nursing care, training and developing staff according and monitoring performance
• You will provide support to the Managing Director when needed 

The Candidate 

• We are looking for someone with exceptional knowledge of clinical care within the social care sector
• You must have a background that shows a proven track record in clinical improvement
• You will be a true social care professional, with the ability to deliver a true person centred approach to care
• Ideally someone with an excellent knowledge of dementia
