Position Overview:

As Office Administrator, you'll contribute to operational excellence within our supportive team, playing a crucial role in supporting our Country Manager and Finance Manager in various organisational and administrative tasks, offering room for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Country Manager and Finance Manager with organisational tasks and administrative duties.
  • Handle logistics and administrative aspects related to event organization.
  • Assist with human resources tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and send out communications on behalf of the Management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HR Experience with knowledge of Australian fair work rules and laws is essential.
  • Need to be a Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen with full working rights in Australia.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
