About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Software Development to lead our software team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with a focus on leading teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, with expertise in areas such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Experience in the biotechnology or health-care industry is a must.
• Fluent in English and German is a must
