• Location: London-based HQ, with flexibility for UK-based candidates willing to travel regularly to London.
• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary + commission + expenses.
• Sales Target: Secure £1m - £2m in new business sales (experience-dependent).
• Services: Primarily focused on guarding, mobile, and close protection.
• Responsibilities: Lead generation, quotations/presentations, and relationship management.
• Key Sectors: Private (with a focus on luxury retail/LP, corporate, and TV/Film/Music for CP).
• Experience: Must have experience in physical security, close protection, or facilities management.
• Online Presence: Strong presence on LinkedIn and established connections, comfortable with networking.
• Traits: Self-starter mentality with the ability to build a robust pipeline rapidly.
• Probation: 3-month probationary period.
