Role Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, with a focus on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day functions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, as well as experience working with labor unions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
