Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the dairy processing plant, from production to packaging, maintenance, and sanitation.
- Develop strategies to optimize plant efficiency, reduce costs, and meet production targets without compromising on quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall plant performance.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards, implementing rigorous quality control measures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and address any compliance issues promptly.
Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Safety and Environmental Compliance:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of managerial experience in the dairy industry, with a strong understanding of dairy processing operations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
