You'll be responsible for leading our production team to achieve operational excellence, meet production targets, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. From overseeing production planning and scheduling to optimizing workflow and managing resources, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and resource utilization.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  3. Process Optimization: Continuously assess production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
  4. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Resource Management: Manage production resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth and efficient operations while minimizing downtime and costs.
  6. Inventory Control: Coordinate with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
  7. Maintenance Planning: Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule and prioritize equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.
  8. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all production staff, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions to promote awareness and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement and optimization.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
