You'll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our beverage production process. From managing production schedules to optimizing workflow and ensuring product quality, you'll be responsible for leading a team of production workers to achieve our production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise production staff, including training, coaching, and performance management to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  3. Workflow Optimization: Continuously assess production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce downtime.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain product integrity.
  5. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
  6. Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule and prioritize equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions to production.
  7. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all production staff, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality control documentation, and inventory records, to track performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in beverage manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and production management software.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
