As this esteemed global business expands in Australia and New Zealand, they are seeking strong Regional Manager to lead the direction of a branch network across Melbourne.

ROLE

As a member of the Senior Management team, the Regional Manager will participate in the development of a branch network of 7. Your role entails overseeing the recruitment, the training and upskilling employees, and the retention of employees, as well as ensuring the financial stability, market presence, and overall success of your division

  • Lead and oversee management, business development, and supervision for assigned branches.
  • Develop and execute annual budgets for each individual branch.
  • Develop and mentor division employees to increase staff engagement and increase retention
  • Drive sales growth and profitability across the division.
  • Set and assess performance targets for managers using KPIs.
  • Attain market share goals for sustained manufacturer and company success.
  • Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Regional Management experience within a Branch Network environment
  • Previous Retail experience within the equipment space such as construction equipment, material handling, agriculture equipment, forestry equipment etc
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, coach and mentor employees
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
