About the Position:

We seek a proactive and solution-driven professional to act as a primary liaison for their current clients. This role centers on preserving relationships by prioritizing client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. Operating remotely, this position presents a chance to play a substantial role in nurturing lucrative, enduring client connections that align with their strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Sales Manager on day-to-day tasks and assignments.
  • Provide comprehensive daily support to clients via emails and calls.
  • Examine the assigned client base to grasp their needs, identify growth opportunities, and address inefficiencies.
  • Formulate solutions to optimize operational efficiency, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay abreast of key projects, market trends, and competitor products to deepen insight into the business and marketplace.
  • Cultivate robust client relationships through training, tradeshows, and regular communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Account Management, technical sales, or Engineering.
  • Expertise in PV Mounting Solutions in the Australian market.
  • Highly motivated with a keen ability to identify improvements and opportunities.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong time-management skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
